Exchange & Return Policy (For parents shopping Mandate School Products)
Size Change: 
Post ordering your uniform if there is a variation in size the same has to mail to customersupport@ridhvickapparels.in within 10 days of ordering. The new size will be shipped to the customer accordingly.
Returns & Exchange:
All products sold in ridhvickapparels.in are uniforms mandated by schools which are being made based on the order of customers so there is no exchange on uniforms. Fabrics, Colors of Uniform are approved by the School Managed prior to Production hence Exchanges are facilitated only if there is a damaged or wrong product or different size from the ordered one is being shipped to the customer. 
Cancellations:
To cancel the order, Customers will have to drop an email to customersupport@ridhvickapparels.in within 24 hours of ordering.

All products sold in ridhvickapparels.in are being made based on the Pre-order from customers so there is no exchange.
Exchanges are facilitated only if there is a damaged or wrong product or different size from the ordered one is being shipped to the customer.
